This is our tour for returning Christian pilgrims to the holy land. We will visit incredible biblical and historical sites that you don’t usually see on your first tour. The itinerary is updated according to the latest archeological discoveries and can be “Tailor Made” to your specific needs and wishes. The tour includes eight full touring days. 

This biblical study tour will provide you with an opportunity to not only to deepen your knowledge but also to have a close encounter and relationship with the land and its people. You will experience Israel in unique ways including: Israeli home hospitality [at my home!], exploring life in Kibbutz, visiting an IDF army base and meeting with the soldiers, participating in an archeological dig or having a Shabbat home experience in Jerusalem.

The Tour Highlights

Akko (Ptolemais)

The city of Akko (Acre) is first mentioned in the Bible as part of the tribe of Asher’s inheritance. It is also known as Ptolemais in the book of Acts has been described for centuries as the Gateway to the Holy Land.

Elah Fortress

Visit the remains of this ancient fortress that stands on the frontier between the territory of the Israelites and the Philistines, close to the large Philistine capital of Gath.

Sepphoris

Sepphoris was the capital of Galilee during the time of Jesus. After the destruction of Jerusalem in AD 70, Sepphoris became the center of Jewish learning and seat of the Sanhedrin Supreme Court.

Gamla Nature Reserve

The ancient town of Gamla was famed for standing up against the Romans at the time of the Great Revolt. Uncovered in the town is a synagogue considered to be the earliest in Israel where Jesus probably visit and taught.

Shiloh

We will visit Tel Shiloh, the religious capital of Israel after the conquest of Canaan and during the times of the Judges. You will stand on the sacred ground that once held the Ark of the Covenant, the Showbread, the Altar of Incense and the Golden Lamp stand.

Hebron

Explore ancient Hebron, the city of Abraham, the city where King David began his reign. Visit the Cave of the Patriarchs where Abraham and Sarah, Isaac and Rebecca, Jacob and Leah are buried.

What's going to be on the tour

This ten-day tour includes 1 day of travel, 1 day arrival, and eight full days of travel in the land. We leave the hotel every day at 7:45AM, right after breakfast, so that we can make the most of our day. We will begin with a preaching & worship opportunity at an inspirational biblical location. During the day we will drive from site to site by bus. We spend approximately 1-2 hours at each location. Lunch is usually at 12:00PM at a local restaurant. Biblical attractions are usually planned for the afternoon. Return to the hotel is usually around 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm and dinner at the hotel is at 6:30 pm. This is the basic plan and there may be changes:

Day 1 – Flight to Israel
Day 2 – Arrival in Israel: Old Jaffa, check in to your hotel by the Mediterranean Sea [1 night]
Day 3 – Northern Coast: Haifa, Bahai Gardens, Akko, Rosh HaNikra grottoes, check in to your hotel by the Sea of Galilee.
Day 4 – Galilee: Hippos, Bethsaida -[New], Arbel, Sepphoris, , back to Sea of Galilee hotel
Day 5 – Golan & Upper Galilee: Gamla, Tel Hazor, Upper Galilee, The northern border, visit an IDF base, back to Sea of Galilee hotel
Day 6 – Jordan Valley & Samaria – Gilgal, Shechem, Shilo, Bethel, check in to your hotel in Jerusalem.
Day 7 – Bethlehem & Hebron: Lazarus Tomb, Bethlehem, Tel – Hebron, Cave of the Patriarchs, back to hotel at Jerusalem.
Day 8 –  Jerusalem: Kidron River, The Pilgrimage road, Old city Jerusalem, Ramparts  Walk, Machane Yehuda Market, back to hotel at Jerusalem.
Day 9 – Judaean foothills – Ajalon Valley, Tel Bet Shemesh, Ella Valley, Fortress of Ella, Beth Gubrin, Tel Lachish, back to hotel at Jerusalem.
Day 10 – Jerusalem – Visit The Knesset, Old Jaffa, Farewell Dinner, Transfer to Airport
Day 11 – Flight Back Home

I personally plan and guide each tour. The tour program is designed to make the most of each day [you will have time for shopping at the end of the touring day]. We collaborate with pastors and tour leaders to ensure that there are multiple preaching and worship opportunities at incredible locations throughout the tour.
This tour is for everyone in your faith community regardless of activity and mobility levels. Everyone is invited and will find the tour accommodating of their individual needs.
Our buses don’t just look new, they are new! They are fully equipped with Wi-Fi, USB chargers, and a water refrigerator. I also personally choose each bus driver for the tours.
You can choose between four-star level hotels or five-star level hotels. We advise booking your trip as early as possible so we can book the most suitable hotels and all other land arrangements for you. I look forward to seeing you in the Holy Land!
